Mountaineering and alpinism in the Canadian Rockies and the Columbia Mountains of the Interior B.C. is where Paddy Jerome loves to be guiding people in the summer season.  Paddy came to Bow Valley (Banff, Canmore and Lake Louise)  in 1995 and began mountaineering that same summer.  Alpinism is the blend of all the disciplines of climbing in overcoming a high mountain peak.  Rock, snow and ice are the mediums that an Alpine Climber must contend with in order to scale a peak.  Paddy has established himself as a very accomplished Rock and Ice Climber which supports the technical skills necessary to be a highly skilled Internationally Certified Mountain Guide.  Regardless of the mountain you want to climb, Paddy can make it possible for you to make your goals and dreams come true!  Paddy has climbed many of the classic peaks in Canada and Europe and his primary passion is the realm of the high alpine.

Guiding is a full time year round profession for Paddy and he has has worked overseas in North Africa as a ‘SPRAT Rope Access Technician’ and has guided 4000 meter peaks around Chamonix and Zermatt in Europe. Travelling and working overseas is great, but Canada is home and in his experience is one of most amazing places in the world for a living and working amongst big remote peaks.
